When I first met Emily, I was extremely shy about asking for help, ridiculously self conscious of my body and I had firmly decided I needed to do something about my declining health. In what feels like no time at all, Emily has boosted my confidence with doing physical activity, shown me small changes in diet and exercise that I have made which are resulting in big changes; for example my walk to work takes a 5th of the time it used to and my hormones are becoming more regular. Ive even been able to go for multiple runs and actually love them! I used to say “I don’t have time” which was proven wrong, Emily tailored the training around my busy job, and I now even exercise whilst waiting for the dinner to cook or during tv ad breaks! I can’t thank Emily enough for what she’s done for me, even if she annihilates my abs, the positive impact she’s had is priceless and I would highly recommend her to everyone who’s scared to ask for that help.
