The gym is daunting, classes are full of fit people, you don’t want to be seen huffing and puffing, and to be honest even if you wanted to do all that you simply don’t have enough hours in the day.

This is where the 5 day Get Active challenge is perfect. Each day you will be set a short piece of “homework” that you will share in the dedicated Facebook group. There is no such thing as too unfit to take part, no such thing as too small a piece of exercise for us to celebrate.
